Bug Description
Binary package hint: xchat-gnome
I had closed one of the channels I was on.
I noticed immediately prior to this crash that one of the channels I was on had its named changed from "#canonical" to ".org.<something>". I right clicked on it and poked around in menus a bit to see if I could get it to correct itself, but couldn't. Then I tried to close the window via the X button but it didn't close; clicked it several times until metacity asked if I wanted to kill it.
First time I've seen this particular behavior with xchat.
