No way to manage ignore list

Bug Description

When you add a user to the ignore list, there is no indication in the GUI that the user is being ignored. Also, there is no way to remove the user from the ignore list using the GUI.

the only way to remove people from the ignore list is to delete ignore.cof and the backup file of this

This bug is really annoying, it has caused a lot of confusion for me over the last few days when I was not able to properly communicate with my teammate. T_T

The only way to remove people from the ignore list is
1. Close Xchat GUI (kill this process)
2. Delete ~/.xchat2/ignore.conf
3. Start Xchat-Gnome IRC Chat
