This applies, e.g., if you want to connect to a bouncer with custom port and password authentication, which you can do with the command:

 /server someserver.net 666 username:password

There is no (graphical) way to set up such a server though.

You can put the password authentication in but the port number needs to be changed in the config file by hand. So it is a valid bug report.
