Bug Description
Binary package hint: xchat-gnome
In the main chat window, urls are noticed so you an right click and open in a browser, however urls with ( or ) in get parsed incorrecty, for instance (actually quite common with wikipedia urls):
http://
gets parsed to be:
http://
My assumption would be there are other characters that the same thing happens with, but im not savvy enough on the url rfc to know what should and shouldnt be valid.
