Please update xcb-util-cursor to 0.1.2

xcb-util-cursor needs to be updated to 0.1.2

KWin upstream mgraesslin says..

In addition we found and fixed [2] an issue in the xcb/util-cursor library
which could result in no cursor [3] if the used theme does not contain the
elements KDE/Qt expects (this mostly affects default cursor themes changed by
distros). I recommend to pull the patch [2] or update to the new release [4]
for KWin 5.3. As the release is brand new I will wait till 5.4 to make it the
minimum required version to give you guys enough time to package.
