Bug Description
It would be nice if xbindkeys had some type of refresh/restart functionality.
The best case would be that xbindkeys would detect a change in the configuration file and automatically get the new settings.
Another option would be to have a --refresh option that would reload the configuration file for the currently running process.
The final option is to simply have a --restart option that would close the previous instance of the application before starting the new one, so the user doesn't have to do this manually.
