Bug Description

Binary package hint: webcam

An init.d script for webcam would be useful.

Ideally it would source /etc/defaults/webcam for a WEBCAMRC variable, then use "start-stop-daemon --start --quiet --nicelevel 5 --background --exec $DAEMON -- $WEBCAMRC" or similar to control the executable.
