Please sync xapian-core 1.2.7-1 from Debian (testing)

Please sync xapian-core:

xapian-core (1.2.7-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release.
   * debian/control.in: Standards-Version: 3.9.2 (no changes required).
   * debian/rules: Add build-arch and build-indep targets.

Turns out this really should be a sync: the only change in 1.2.5-1ubuntu1 is the cjk patch, which currently isn't applied due to a missing debian/patches/series file, but nonetheless appears to work properly. After discussion with didrocks and doko it was agreed syncing was the best course of action for now.

It looks like xapian-core-1.2.5/debian/patches/cjk-ngram-applied-to-1.2-branch.patch is not included in it. Can you double-check?

Right, it's not included int 1.2.7-1 or 1.2.5-1ubuntu1 because after testing, it seems like that patch was not required at all to achieve the expected bahaviour (of working CJK input/search).
