xa (2.3.11-0.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * New upstream release, which builds with GCC 10 (Closes: #957966).
  * Override the build flags (the 2.3.11 build sets them unconditionnally,
    unlike the 2.3.8 build).
  * Set the linker so that the package can be cross-built; thanks to
    Helmut Grohne for the patch (Closes: #948176).
