Crash when using any app using libx264 after the last update

Bug Description
I updated Ubuntu, and x264 is no longer working.
It worked one week ago.
It's an instant crash from ffmpeg or avidemux everytime I try to encode something.
Please ask me if you want more informations, but it doesn't seem to be a difficult task to hunt this bug if it crash on every computer like it does with mine.
