Bug Description

xcalc -rpn: comma on numeric keypad does not work as decimal mark; nothing is displayed. It works, if xcalc is started without -rpn option, but it is different kind of calculator then. (European keyboard has comma there in the numeric keypad.)
Comma key on numeric keypad should work as decimal mark in "xcalc -rpn", too.

Anyway, xcalc displays comma as desimal mark, when dot is chosen in the GUI, or when dot is pressed in keyboard (at least in my system, Finnish locale LC_NUMERIC=fi_FI.UTF-8). IMO comma should work as well.

PS. xcalc has other oddities: if Num lock is on, digit keys are not effective elsewhere, but in numeric keypad, which works even if Num lock is off.
