[Impact]

This affects all wslu tools on all releases. The Ubuntu branding is the outdated version.

[Test Case]

 * Install Ubuntu WSL and install this fix.
 * run wslfetch command.
 * new logo should be shown.

[Regression Potential]

* None for now.
