writer2latex fails to install because the update-updmap command cannot be found:

Configuring writer2latex (0.5-6) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/writer2latex.postinst: 57: update-updmap: not found
dpkg: error processing writer2latex (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error code 127
