After waking from sleep, network-manager is slow to reconnect to wireless networks - on the order of 10-15s.

Might be due to rescan timer in wpasupplicant.

Reassigning to the wpasupplicant package, pending finding the "master" bug for this fairly common issue, and testing the patch from Kalle Valo (which was sent to the wpasupplicant list upstream).
