Workrave crashes without locking screen

Binary package hint: workrave

As soon as workrave gets to a short or long break, it disappears (presumably crashing) without locking the screen or giving any error messages. This did not occur under intrepid but has appeared in jaunty beta. The only thing out of the ordinary with my configuration is that i use icewm as my window manager instead of metacity.

“Me too” on Jaunty final with all updates as of 2009-8-28. When launched from a terminal, there's the following output:

This continues to occur for me on jaunty. It mostly seems to happen when i've booted with an external screen attached.

Interestingly, I also have two screens attached.

I have finally been able to reproduce this problem on a 2-screen desktop, after turning off Xinerama.

I have backported the latest upstream version (1.9.1) and the problem is gone for me. Can anybody else confirm this?
