In today's Raring apt-get dist-upgrade:

I ran into this today but gmpc was not in list:

which leads me to believe these really are issues with the packages mentioned and not app-install-data-ubuntu as gpmc has been uploaded since your original report and app-install-data-ubuntu has not.

I have been getting this for the past few days

It affects me too, however I used sudo apt-get update and sudo apt get upgrade instead of sudo apt- get dist-upgrade.

I'm also affected. I did a distribution upgrade from 12.10.
