  * Drop cherry-picked commit and patches accepted upstream; rebase remaining
    patches.
  * Update d/watch for Github's new download URLs.
  * Provide an upstream metadata file.
  * Mark one patch as unsuitable for inclusion upstream.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.0.
