Bug Description
The version of wkhtmltopdf included in Ubuntu 14.04 (0.9.9) always hangs, even with the example command:
wkhtmltopdf http://
(it is not a network problem, it also hangs with local html files).
The latest binary version from upstream (0.12.0) does work.
