I have download from the ubuntu desktop software manager & not sure why it is reported as a bug

Could you please run:

 sudo apt-get -f install

then if it does fully resolve the issue run:

 sudo apt-get install --reinstall libwscodecs1

If none of them work please attach the log of the commands.
