Bug Description

Wireshark's UI doesn't work on Ubuntu 15.04 with Gnome3 and dual monitor.

In previous Ubuntu versions, I had to apply the workaround 'export LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0' prior to starting wireshark to prevent it from crashing.

In 15.04, this no longer has any effect. Wireshark immediately starts fullscreen on the second monitor of my dual-screen setup without title bar. So I can't drag it around. When I click on something, for example to start a new capture, a window opens _behind_ the main window. I can see the new window when ALT-TABbing, but I can never reach it because the main window stays on top. The UI behavior is very erratic, and generally unusable.
