wireshark crashes on adding GeoIP database directory

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
- Edit > Preferences > Name Resolution > GeoIP database directories (Edit) > New
- Select a directory or choose "other" from the drop-down list
- Wireshark now freezes and crashes. A directory was not added.

This is the output when starting wireshark from the command line:
