Bug Description
Binary package hint: wireless-tools
The package contains an obsolete set manpages (fr.ISO8859-1) redundant with the UTF-8 set.
As the standard locale for Linux systems are currently UTF-8 based (and in particular Ubuntu), the ISO8859-1 set could be removed.
The proper fix would be to have manpages in pure ASCII to be encoding independent. See for example the manpage for 'usermod' in the 'passwd' package.
$ dpkg -L wireless-tools | grep 'man/fr.'
