wifi-radar doesn't execute script after connection

Bug Description

The script to execute after a successfull connection doesn't get called by wifi
radar, unless using a static ip.
The fix is simple, here's a patch.

This should have been filed in Malone, since wifi-radar is in universe, but
we'll track it here for now since it shouldn't last long.

Please attach the corrected patch.
