Wings 3D requires ERLang-Wx which is missing

Bug Description
Wings 3D requires ERLang-Wx which is missing in Raring.
This makes it impossible to install Wings 3D.
I am using 13.04 and unable to install Wings 3D because of this bug.
2 Possible solutions:
Include the ERLang-Wx library with the package.
Add back the ERLang-Wx library into the repository (Possibly maintained by the Wings 3D maintainers if the ERLang Maintainers don't want to).
