path should be with capital letters as it is used by Windoze itself

C:\\windows\\system32\\winemenubuilder.exe -a -r
fails if you use an original installed win 8 =, because it should be
C:\\Windows\\System32\\winemenubuilder.exe -a -r
and even Windows is case-sensitive nowerdays
