While looking into bug #1689737 I found this report. I wonder where wine1.4 was coming from, because it is not part of Ubuntu 16.10 and should have been transitioned away from in 16.04.

So I'm unsure if this report is "invalid" or if we need to handle this in the packages. The transition to the new packages is ongoing till 18.04 and should provide the best experience then.
