Bug Description
I am running Xubuntu on 64 bit, and sound for some programs ends up garbled. Specifically, Impressions Games Pharaoh has this issue.
I've found a few workarounds - toggling the Profile in pulseaudio Volume Control seems to help. Weirdly, having Pulseaudio volume control open seems to keep the sound working, but as soon as I close it, the sound works again.
