Bug Description

Since upgrading to Ubuntu 11.04, wine no longer runs Fireworks 8, which has always run before. I tried upgrading to wine 1.3 and have the same problem. The command line output is produced as follows:

fixme:font:load_VDMX No suitable ratio found
fixme:ntdll:RtlNtStatusToDosErrorNoTeb no mapping for 00110060

Fireworks 8 seems to start then just disappears. dreaweaver 8 still runs fine.
upgraded to 11.10 a few days ago.

Do you mean that it worked in Wine 1.2 for Natty but not Wine 1.2 for Oneiric? Or Wine 1.3 for Natty (1.3.15) and not Wine 1.3 for Oneiric (1.3.28)?

If there's a delta between the Wine 1.2 versions then I may know the cause...otherwise it's a regression in Wine 1.3 itself.

HI Scott
since upgrading to 11.10 and loading latest wine fireworks will not start. when i double click to run fireworks 8, it seems to start you will see the fireworks logo come up on the screen then it disappears.

their is no problem starting dreamweaver 8. it works fine.

I too get the same sort of error,

fixme:ntdll:RtlNtStatusToDosErrorNoTeb no mapping for 00110060
err:seh:raise_exception Exception frame is not in stack limits => unable to dispatch exception.

Did a fresh install if Fireworks 8 as well.

I get the same behavior. 11.10, Wine 1.2, fresh install of fireworks 8. Loading shows the initial logo then quits.

Any workaround for this?
