SimCity4 RushHour worked in Natty Wine, not Oneiric

Yesterday's version 1.3.15 ran correctly for my program SimCity4 RushHour Build 640
Today's version fails to load several packages and just quits.

I do not think this is a wine problem since this version runs fine on 11.04
