Opening *.hlp files in Oneiric with wine winhlp32 results in the text being garbled.
To reproduce,
1. Find a *.hlp file (such as the one attached).
2. Run 'wine winhlp32 filename.hlp.'
3. Observe that the characters are garbled.

It works when I upgrade to wine1.3.
