UVF exception request wine 0.9.22

Bug Description

WINE 0.9.21 is widely claimed by the linux wine gaming community as a buggy release, and 0.9.22 corrects plenty of these problems, and also adds pixel shaders by default amongst other fixes.

This would be great to have for Edgy. It builds fine using our existing diff.gz, so it should be a fairly trivial task.

Attached is a debdiff... No packaging changes were necessary/made (except the changelog bump, of course).

note that I never released the update to the 0.9.21 package at winehq that added a few missing build dependencies - if you include 0.9.22, make sure you add them as well.

Scratch my debdiff then, syncing winehq 0.9.22 is likely a better packaging method.

Description: Microsoft Windows Compatibility Layer (Binary Emulator and Library)
While Wine is usually thought of as a Microsoft Windows emulator, the Wine
developers would prefer that users thought of Wine as a Windows compatibility
layer for Linux. Wine does not require MS Windows, but it can use native system
dll files in place of its own if they are available.
 .
This package includes a program loader, which allows unmodified Windows
binaries to run under compatible hardware. This package also includes the
library that implements the Wine project's free version of the Windows API,
allowing successful running of programs ported directly from Windows.
