Bug Description

Binary package hint: wine

Please provide wine package for amd64 (it should contain wine 32-bit executables and some dependiecies on 32-bit libs for /usr/lib32/).

wine installs OK on dapper64 and works OK (installed with
--force-architecture) with Xf86dga from 32-bit deb. So you only need
to create deb with same data.tar but add amd64 as supported arch (call
it wine_all not wine_i386) or create wine_amd64 with dependencie on
ia32-libXf86dga.
