Bug Description

Since upgrading to 23.04 wine sucks, getting bad buffer underruns playing winamp. Had this same problem when upgrading to 22.10, seemed related to pipewire as last time removing pipewire fixed it, but this time it did not help so you've managed to fuxor over something else. I'm using an i7-9700k CPU overclocked at 4.9 Ghz with 32GB of RAM and only have Mate desktop, a handful of mate terminals and sshd sessions, and Firefux running so should not be a shortage of CPU/memory. Top looks like this:

As you can see load of 4.5 on an eight core machine should not be a CPU issue. Running
kernel 6.1.24 which is same kernel I had on 22.10 but it was working smoothly prior to the update.

Additional note, after removing pipewire and rebooting, buffer underruns stopped. So still something broken with pipewire.
