Wine doesn't run anything

Bug Description
Im using Hardy Heron, kernel 2.6.24-8-generic , and wine-0.9.55, and it doesn't run anything at all, not even $winecfg on the bash.
Whatever i try to run, i allways get this message: Falha de segmentção (core dumped).
Here's the dmesg after trying to run anything.
