Bug Description
1) Libuntu 17.10 (development branch)
2) There is no difference, but wine-stable package has 2.0.2-2ubuntu1 version
3) wine needs gecko to run its Internet Explorer and wine-mono package for Microsoft .NET applications.
4) Ubuntu repository has not neither gecko nor wine-mono packages

I don't know the details around these packages, but looks like both packages were removed in (or after) Ubuntu 17.04.
