Hi,

I see you had the same problems while trying to install wine-staging. I assume you still have some other 3rd-party installation of Wine which conflicts with your attempts to install wine now.

Please post the output of:
dpkg -l "*wine*"

Further the output of the following command might be more specific:
sudo apt install libwine
