Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with mame 0.170-0ubuntu1 and always on starting a game with mame I'm seeing the error message "ALSA lib seq_hw.c:457:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq failed: No such file or directory". This error message also appears on some games with wine. Executing "modprobe snd_seq" solves this issue in both cases so maybe the installation scripts should create an entry in /etc/modules-load.d or so.

There were many changes since this, including pulse support. I guess this can be closed.
