Bug Description

Binary package hint: wine

Try to install a windows application that requires 2 or more CD's to install. The first CD will install just fine but when it ask for the next CD and you try to eject it you will receive an error. If you try to manually unmount it you will get "umount: /media/cdrom0: device is busy"

Properly fixing this requires a few things, most notably not needing users to run Wine from the terminal (since simply having the folder open in a terminal is enough to prevent ejection, especially when running setup.exe there). Gnome eject needs also to be made aware of the Wine eject program when Wine is holding up the CD.

Changed in wine:
importance: Undecided → Medium
status: New → Confirmed

This also happened for me when I started an install by clicking on setup.exe in nautilus.
