The package
 wine1.6_1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~ppa1_amd64.deb

contains two files
 /usr/bin/wine64-preloader
 /usr/bin/wine64

that are also present in
 wine1.6-amd64_1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~ppa1_amd64.deb

I deleted them from the generic package and can confirm that it can be installed and works fine afterwards.
