Bug Description

Binary package hint: wine

I have used a few different windows binary installers for various packages. A good example is DocFrac (http://docfrac.sf.net). These installers work fine, and the uninstall completes without incident, but the entries in my GNOME 'Applications' menu remain even after the application has been uninstalled.

Obviously something's broken on not implemented here in the auto-sync of GNOME menu and Windows Program Manager / Start Menu / whatever.

And how do I force these lurking entries to be removed, btw?
