python-iwscan not found, falling back to using iwlist scan

Bug Description

Looking at wicd.log, i've found:

 trying to load backend external
 trying to load backend ioctl
 WARNING: python-iwscan not found, falling back to using iwlist scan.
 WARNING: python-wpactrl not found, falling back to using wpa_cli.

then the process continue and seems to work normally. But there is no such python packages into RR archives.
