Whoopsie copyright incorrectly assert AGPLv3

Bug Description

The debian/copyright file in whoopsie asserts that the files in the backend directory are licensed under the AGPLv3.

Now that the source package has been split into separate packages for server/client, the backend/ directory is no longer present in the client source and the license assertion for backend/ should be removed.

Turns out I was looking at an old branch - this is fixed in r493 of https://code.launchpad.net/~whoopsie-daisy-hackers/whoopsie/trunk (whoopsie 0.2.1)
