Tablet Pen drag issue

When hosting a network game it is almost impossible to change the mode of the slot with a wacom tablet because of the drag+drop functionality.

This is because the tablet wiggles slightly as the nib hits the tablet and wesnoth sees this as a drag attempt. Keeping the nib in exactly the same position as it hits the tablet is almost impossible.
