It looks like /usr/bin/rebind moved from novnc to websockify and that websockify is therefore missing Breaks/Replaces clauses against novnc in debian/control.
Srinath: thanks for reporting this bug. You still have novnc from 12.04 installed. If you remove it, then repair packages using "sudo apt-get -f install", and then install novnc from 12.10 again, I think that should fix your problem for now.
