Bug Description

Tests are not run as part of the package build. This is because:

a) tests are not included by upstream (presumably by accident). I've filed this upstream at https://github.com/liris/websocket-client/issues/65.

b) packaging may need to specifically run the tests, but this can't be done until the tests are included. I may end up patching in the tests or something.
