Bug Description
Electron apps (Atom, Insomnia) and Chromium displayed a blank frame instead the options of select dropdown.
This happens with version 2.18.6-0 (artful-updates) of gir1.2-webkit2-4.0 and gir1.2-
To solve the problem use old versions of the packages:
sudo apt install gir1.2-
