Bug Description

Wikipedia (mobile) has blocks of text that can be made to appear or disappear by clicking an up/down arrow to the left of a title for the block. That arrow no longer has any effect in WebKit-based browsers (e.g., Midori 0.4.3 or dwb 20130503hg). To observe the problem, go to any page at Wikipedia (mobile), e.g.,

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/WebKit

Click the up/down arrow to the left of one of the section titles. Nothing happens. The corresponding block should open or close.

The arrows work using Chrome or Firefox. They do not work using Midori 0.4.3 or dwb 20130503hg. The buttons work using Midori 0.4.3 on Ubuntu 12.04. They do not work on Ubuntu 14.10, 14.04, or 13.10.

This problem has magically disappeared, so I suppose that it must have been a problem at Wikipedia (although I can't then explain why the problem did not occur with other browsers).
