Bug Description

xenial + overlay PPA - unity8 session
webbrowser-app/xenial,now 0.23+16.04.20161202-0ubuntu1 amd64 [installed,automatic]

when i try to download an image from telegram web (https://web.telegram.org) i get this message "Network error 301 protocol "filesystem" is unknown" i checked to see if the image was downloaded and it was not.

how to reproduce

1. use unity8 on desktop
2. go to https://web.telegram.org
3. try to download an image from whatever group/chat you have with the webbrowser-app
4. you'll see the download with dialoge, choose with gallery or just download and then you'll see the notification whith this error
