Web browser on OTA 9.1 can't load the Ubuntu website

Bug Description

when trying to browse the sdk docs the browser can't load the Ubuntu site.

I get an out of memory message. This is the only page open and I only have browser and telegram running.

@Daniel: can you reliably reproduce the issue? Can you confirm that this is on MX4 (guessing from your screenshot’s resolution)?

I just tested with my MX4 running the latest rc-proposed, with telegram app open and browsing to developer.ubuntu.com, I navigated between a number of API doc pages without a problem (although rendering is slow, but that’s a separate issue, bug #1555674).

It might be an issue in OTA9.1 that has been fixed since then.

I've the same problem with Aquaris E5 Ubuntu Edition, on OTA10, thus with stable channel.
