Bug Description

webbrowser-app crashes every time, a few seconds after I launch it. But that's an improvement since I found the workaround for bug 1535058,

I happened to be watching unity8.log at the time, and this happens just as the browser crashes:

UbuntuKeyboardInfo - socket error: "QLocalSocket::connectToServer: Invalid name"
Failed to connect to "/run/user/1000/ubuntu-keyboard-info" after 10 failed attempts

That above is comm between Maliit (OSK) and unity8, nothing to do with browser crashing.

Isn't this bug #1520537?

Yeah let's assume this is bug 1520537 for now. Wait and see.

Of course I never found it when I logged this one against webbrowser-app; it's a different package.
